Combs' attorney is also using the tired "they're trying to bring a wealthy black man down" defense. Skin color will NEVER fly as a defense when there is a video showing that at least part of the indictment has teeth. Combs' attorney said Combs will take the stand to testify, which means he will be cross-examined by the state. This trial will be a hot one and I will be glued to CourtTV for the entirety.
